No. There is no cost or fee for brokers or their group clients to work with Paragon. General agencies are paid an override commission directly by the carriers, in exchange for extending the carrier’s reach and supporting the broker through the full case lifecycle.

Yes. Brokers remain the broker of record on every group placed with Paragon. We never take BOR, never compete with brokers for client relationships, and stay in the background as much or as little as the broker prefers.

Paragon acts as an extension of the broker’s team. Day-to-day, that includes quoting and carrier strategy on the pre-sale side, ongoing service, renewals, claims, and escalations on the post-sale side, plus full ben admin support across both. The deeper the broker pulls us in, the deeper we go.

Brokers keep full ownership of their clients and full commissions if they ever leave Paragon. There are no contracts, no exit fees, and no clawback clauses. We hope it never comes to that. If a partnership stops working, brokers walk with everything they brought in.
