Bob Hart

is the president and co-founder of Paragon Partners.  He earned his license to sell insurance in 1991, and in October of 1992, he opened the doors of Paragon Partners with Jan Hart. Bob has an extensive sales background, even before being licensed to sell Insurance. He began selling group and individual health insurance, and he later evolved into a General Agent, managing the work of many Agents.  He is on the United Health Care Children’s Foundation, United Healthcare General Agents Advisory Board and the Agent Advisory Board for TransAmerica.  He has built and maintained a close relationship with the carriers he represents. Bob’s specialty is his creative sales techniques, and will work for hours until he gets something just right.  He is ever proving his loyalty to his agents, the Health Care providers, and Paragon.

Millions of small businesses will receive postcards from the IRS beginning the week of April 19 that alert them to the new Small Business Health Care Tax Credit and encourage them to check their eligibility.
